Welcome to the City of Pleasanton Building & Safety Division On-Line Services page.
The Building & Safety Division performs Plan Review and Inspection services for Building Permits within the City of Pleasanton. Please note this excludes those properties located outside of the City limits (i.e., County properties with Pleasanton addresses).
You can do an online search for records of all building permits applications since May 24, 2011. All permit information before May 24, 2011, is not available on-line, but may be viewed on the customer computers at our Permit Center at 200 Old Bernal Avenue Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
You may view and schedule or cancel inspections here. To begin, find the applicable permit through our “General Search” function, click on that Record Number (e.g., B10-1234), and follow the easy instructions in the “Inspections Tab”.
Permits can be searched for by entering any of the following information:
- Site Address
- Permit Number
- Parcel Number
- Contractor License
Use the dropdown menu to change the Search type.
